📄️ Customers
A customer is an external user who uses Fintech360 products to trade on the stock market.
📄️ Export customers to Excel file
You can export customer data to a CSV file. To do this, click the Export button in the main grid.
📄️ Import leads from Excel file
If you work with the external lead database, you can import the lead dataset from an Excel spreadsheet to the Fintech360 system. You can only import the “lead” customer type.
📄️ Personal grid settings
As in other sections, in the Customers section, you can customize columns in the main grid. Here you can additionally save your column settings to use it further. You can create up to five sets and switch between them. For example, you may need different sets to work with clients and depositors.
